FUTO Keyboard
A modern, offline-first keyboard forked from Android's own LatinIME.
FUTO Keyboard is a fork of the AOSP LatinIME keyboard with predictive text rewritten, layouts added, and every network call removed. Nothing you type leaves the device unless you ask it to.

About FUTO Keyboard
FUTO Keyboard is not a blank-slate reimplementation. It descends from LatinIME, the keyboard inside AOSP, and inherits its layout machinery and accessibility work. What FUTO changed is everything above that: a new prediction and autocorrect engine, a layout system that can pull third-party keyboard layouts from a public repository, and a firm rule that typing does not phone home.
Layouts, themes and dictionaries are managed separately, and the layout repository is Apache-2.0 so anyone can publish a keyboard layout. The app's own code is published under the FUTO Source First License 1.1 — the source is readable and auditable, but it is source-available rather than OSI-approved free software, and it is worth knowing the difference.
Voice input and translation both run on device, so a keyboard that helps you write does not have to become a keylogger to do it.
