Lawnchair is the launcher that looks and behaves like the stock Pixel home screen, but as a standalone open-source project you can actually build, audit and sideload.

About Lawnchair
Lawnchair started life as the launcher shipped with the OnePlus 3 and has been maintained for years as the closest open-source equivalent of the Pixel launcher. Version 16 rebuilt it on current Android launcher APIs with Material You theming, predictive back and richer at-a-glance widget support.
Every visual element is adjustable: icon size and shape, icon and label colours, grid and page behaviour, dock layout, and whether the search bar sits on the home screen, the app drawer, or both. Quick settings tiles can be reordered, custom tiles can be created from any app, and long-pressing the wallpaper gives access to the full wallpaper picker, widget picker and settings.
The source is Apache-2.0 and CI publishes release APKs, so if you want a launcher that is quiet, offline and free of the Play Services dependency, this is the one.
